Kayla Barron is a NASA astronaut and U.S. Navy lieutenant commander and submarine warfare officer — one of the first women to serve aboard a U.S. Navy submarine. She flew on SpaceX Crew-3 as a mission specialist for Expedition 66, performing two EVAs during her stay on the ISS.
